Where my name is in the To or Cc box	Where the display name in the To or Cc field is same as the name defined by your profile
Where my name is not in the To box	Where your name is not among the display names in the to field

With specific words in the recipient’s address	Where the recipient’s e-mail address matches the specific phrase, which can be just the domain name, such as “microsoft.com”
